All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

 

Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 5–10 business days

 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors beyond our control.

 

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using trusted third-party carriers. Once an order has been shipped, Grâces Naturelles is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers.

 

Incorrect Address Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

 

If your order arrives damaged or if you believe your package is lost, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: info@gracesnaturelles.ca

 

Include your order number and clear photos (if applicable), and we will assist you as soon as possible.
